Delivery & Fulfilment
Please note that all fulfilment dates can be subject to change, but we’ll make sure to keep you updated as much as possible. In the unlikely event that an item isn’t fulfilled, we will provide a full refund.
Delivery of the CD & Vinyl albums is estimated for December 2015. This is subject to completion of the mixing & manufacturing processes. If this date changes at all, we will let you know as soon as we do. Estimated delivery of all other items is as stated on the shop pages.
We will charge your card at the time of purchase. We are using this money to fund our recording and need to pay for the studio and personnel costs upfront.
We are using the Stripe secure payment system, the same as is used by Kickstarter, amongst other people. https://stripe.com/gb
Stripe charges 2.4% + £0.20 per transaction. This will be paid by us.
If your shipping address changes between payment and delivery of the album, make sure to let us know.
After you receive a shipping notification email, please allow up to 7 working days for your items to arrive if you live in the UK. If you live overseas, please up to 30 days for international shipping.
Please be aware that the live shows and studio visits will require you to arrange and pay for your own transport and accommodation if required.
For physical items, shipping & handling costs (P&P) will be added on top of the price of your order. We will not be making any money out of these. Postage is set at a standard £3 for UK and £6 for the rest of the world, for both CD and vinyl.
Please be aware that you may be liable for additional import taxes relevant to your country.
If your payment is declined, assuming you have the necessary funds, it is likely to be declined either by your card issuer due to their fraud/security policies, or because some details were not entered correctly.
If it was declined by card issuer: you’ll have to contact them directly and ask them to authorise ‘www.clockopera.com’ for the payment to go through. We suggest keeping them on the phone while you try the payment again to make sure it goes through.
If it was declined by us, double-check that all your details are entered correctly and try to checkout again.
If at any point before recording begins in July 2015 you want a refund, all you have to do is contact us here
If the project is cancelled before it begins for any unforeseen reason, we will offer a complete refund to everyone.
In the unlikely event that an item isn’t fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund.
Once recording has begun in July 2015, we won't be able to offer refunds.
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, we'll give you your money back.
We will not share your information with anyone.
